摘　　要：以美洲荚蒾嫩枝为材料进行扦插繁殖技术研究,采取正交试验设计方法探讨扦插基质配比、穗条部位、激素质量浓度及激素处理时间对嫩枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明:扦插基质对生根影响显著,其中在沙土+蛭石(1∶1)中成活率最高,可以达到93.78%;采用嫩枝上部作为穗条成活率最高;综合不同处理下穗条的成活率,选用在质量浓度为100 mg·L^(-1)的IBA生根液中浸泡5 min后扦插的生根效果最好。The propagation technology of Viburnum trilobum by softwood cutting was studied.The effects of substrate ratio,cutting position,hormone concentration,and hormone treatment time on the rooting were discussed by the orthogonal experimental design method.The results showed that the substrate had a significant impact on rooting.The survival rate in the substrate of sandy soil+vermiculite(1∶1)reached 93.78%that was the maximum.The survival rate was the maximum with the upper part of the softwood as the cutting.Based on the survival rate of cuttings under different treatments,the rooting effect of cuttings soaked in 100 mg·L^(-1) IBA rooting solution for 5 min was the best.
