摘　　要：有效控制褐化是植物组织培养成功的关键,本文对林木组织培养褐化的影响因素与控制途径进行了综述,为今后开展林木组织培养研究提供参考。The effective control of browning was the key to the success of tissue culture of plant.The influencing factors and control strategies of browning were summarized in this paper.That could provide reference for the research on tissue culture of woody plant in the future.
