摘 要:全文强制标准《建筑节能与可再生能源利用通用规范》GB55015—2021的执行,对湖南省建筑节能设计产生了较大的影响。该文以《建筑节能与可再生能源利用通用规范》GB55015—2021中围护结构指标为设计导向,采用湖南省常见围护结构做法,研究湖南省14个地市州满足新标准围护结构指标要求下典型居住建筑(多层住宅)的能耗及碳排放指标,为下一步湖南省节能政策及标准提供数据支撑。研究表明:(1)13个地市州中益阳的供冷供暖总能耗最高,达到19.51 kWh/m^(2);(2)14个城市州中湘西州的供暖能耗最大,为10.6 kWh/m^(2),供冷能耗最大为郴州,为13.89 kWh/m^(2);(3)与2016年节能设计标准对比,平均碳排放下降10.96 kgCO_(2)/m^(2)·a,平均碳排放强度下降为39.19%;(4)考虑满足国家围护结构指标要求,可再生能源应用对双控指标下降起到了重要作用。The implementation of General Code for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Application in Buildings GB55015-2021 has a great impact on the architectural design of Hunan Province.Based on the relevant indicators for the enclosure structure in the GB55015—2021 standard,and based on the common enclosure structure practices in Hunan Province,this paper studied the energy consumption and carbon emission indicators of the typical residential buildings(multi-storey)which meet the requirements of the new standard enclosure structure indicators in 14 cities and states in Hunan Province,in hope of providing data support for the consequent compilation of energy-saving policies and standards in Hunan Province.The research showed that(1)among the 13 cities and prefectures Yiyang has the highest total energy consumption for cooling and heating,reaching 19.51kWh/m^(2);(2)Xiangxi Prefecture has the largest heating energy consumption,which is 10.6 kWh/m^(2).Chenzhou has the largest cooling energy consumption at 13.89 kWh/m^(2);(3)Compared with the 2016 energy-saving design standards,the average carbon emission decreased by 10.96 kgCc/m^(2)·a,and the average carbon emission intensity decreased by 39.19%;(4)It can be seen from the research that the application of renewable energy has played an important role in the decrease of the dual control index under the condition of meeting the requirements of the national enclosure structure index.
