日粮添加丁酸钠对低断乳重仔猪生产性能和肠绒毛的影响

摘　　要：为了探究丁酸钠对低断乳重仔猪生产性能和肠绒毛的影响,本试验选择24头低断乳重仔猪(体重4.24 kg)随机分成2个处理组,每个处理组设6个重复,每个重复2头猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+0.2%丁酸钠,饲养期6周。结果表明,试验组仔猪的平均日增重和料重比分别比对照组改善了10.38%和9.64%,但统计学上差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组仔猪十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛高度均大于对照组,且以空肠的改善幅度最明显,比对照组提高了27.25%,差异显著(P<0.05)。因此,在低断乳重仔猪日粮中添加丁酸钠可以提高仔猪的生产性能,并增加肠绒毛的高度。To study effects of sodium butyrate on production performance and intestinal villi of piglets with low weaning weight,24 piglets with low weaning weight(body weight 4.24 kg)were selected and allocated into 2 treatment groups with 6 replications per treatment and 2 piglets per replication.The control group was fed with a basal ration,whereas the experimental group was fed a basal ration+0.2%sodium butyrate,both groups were fed for 6 weeks.The results showed that the average daily gain and FCR of experimental group improved by 10.38%and 9.64%respectively compared to the control.However,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Villi height of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of the experimental group were all higher than that of the control group,especially the jejunum,comparing with control group,is improved by 27.25%(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation of sodium butyrate can increase production performance and intestinal villi height of piglets.
