摘 要:利用热分解法制备CoFe_(2)O_(4)纳米颗粒,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等方法分析样品的晶体结构、微观形貌和磁性能,研究样品制备过程中不同升温速率对样品微观形貌和磁学性能的影响.结果表明,提高升温速率可增加晶核生长动力,有利于样品的晶粒生长,从而增大样品的饱和磁化强度和矫顽力.Nanoparticles of CoFe_(2)O_(4) were prepared by thermal decomposition method.The crystal structure,microstructure and magnetic properties of samples were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The effects of different heating rates on the microstructure and magnetic properties of CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanoparticles during the preparation process were investigated.The results show that increasing the heating rate can increase the growth momentum of crystal nuclei,which is beneficial for the grain growth of the sample,thereby increasing saturation magnetization and coercivity of the sample.
