摘　　要：在当前新型冠状病毒(简称新冠病毒)感染疫情防控政策调整的背景下,头颈肿瘤患者接受气道开放相关手术过程中遭遇新冠病毒感染的可能性大大提高,给头颈外科医师带来了新的挑战。本文根据国家疫情防控策略的变化总结国内外相关文献和资料,结合我国国情、前期相关临床实践及同行专家的指导意见,对于围手术期感染新冠病毒的头颈肿瘤患者的手术时机、适应证及处置流程、术后监测指标管理、各种并发症的处理和预防、出院标准以及术后随访管理等诸多专科临床新问题提出了初步的临床实践指导建议,供头颈外科同行参考。The SARS-CoV-2 epidemic prevention and control policy has recently been adjusted.The possibility of novel coronavirus infection in patients with head and neck tumors undergoing airway opening related surgery has greatly increased,bringing new challenges for head and neck surgeons.Based on the changes of the national epidemic prevention and control strategy,the relevant literatures and data at home and abroad,China’s national conditions,relevant clinical practice in the early stage and the guidance of peer experts,we put forward the initial clinical practice guidance suggestions for many new specialized clinical issues in COVID-19 related head and neck tumor patients,such as the timing of surgery,indications and disposal process,management of postoperative monitoring indicators,treatment and prevention of various complications,discharge standards and postoperative follow-up management.
