摘　　要：高质量心理融入是城市农民工完全市民化的内在表现。借鉴社会互构论,构建PEI-HQPI城市农民工高质量心理融入影响因素分析模型,采用二元Logistic回归法对其进行实证检验。结果表明,47.8%的城市农民工没有实现高质量心理融入,个体特征因素中的受教育程度对高质量心理融入具有显著正向作用,外显因素中的工资按时发放、社区活动参与和社区服务的正向谐变效应同样显著,内隐因素中生活差异、城市冷漠和城市排斥具有逆向递变作用。因此,有必要通过加强技能培训和自我学习、强化企业诚信建设等途径,促进城市农民工高质量心理融入。High-quality psychological integration is an inherent manifestation of the full urbanization of migrant workers.Drawing on the social mutual constructionist perspective,this study constructs a PEI-HQPI analysis model to investigate the factors influencing high-quality psychological integration of urban migrant workers and empirically examines them using binary Logistic regression.The results indicate that 47.8%of urban migrant workers have not achieved high-quality psychological integration;among individual characteristic factors,educational attainment has a significant positive effect on high-quality psychological integration;in terms of external factors,timely salary payment,participation in community activities,and access to community services also demonstrate significant positive effects;intrinsic factors such as living differences,urban apathy,and urban exclusion show inverse diminishing effects.Therefore,it is necessary to promote high-quality psychological integration of urban migrant workers through approaches such as strengthening skills training and self-learning,and enhancing corporate integrity.
