摘  要:葡萄霜霉病是葡萄种植过程中发生的主要病害之一,在冷凉潮湿、多雨多雾的天气条件下易于发病。葡萄霜霉病的防治主要以化学防治为主,随着葡萄霜霉菌抗药性问题的出现导致化学防治效果不佳。结合前人的研究,概述葡萄霜霉病的发生、葡萄霜霉菌对5种主要杀菌剂的抗药性、植物病原菌产生抗药性的机理、葡萄霜霉菌抗药性的检测方法,以期为葡萄霜霉菌的抗药性治理提供理论依据。Grape downy mildew is one of the main diseases in viticulture,and it spreads rapidly in cool,humid or rainy and foggy weather conditions.The control of grapevine downy mildew is mainly on chemical application,but chemical control in Plasmopara viticola becomes less effective as fungicide resistance grows.On the previous research,an overview of the occurrence of grapevine downy mildew,the mechanism of fungicides,grapevine downy mildew resistance to five main fungicides and their detection methods and other content was conducted,which could provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and manage of grape downy mildew in the future.
