摘　　要：海岸线是陆海统筹战略实施的关键界面,其质量与管理同陆域、海域皆紧密相关。面向滨海地区高质量发展的现实需求,本研究选取陆海冲突较为强烈的河口海岸城市——广州市为研究区域,开展海岸线质量评价研究,并针对制约广州市海岸线质量提升的近岸水质待提升、陆海衔接待强化、保护修复待推进等主要问题,提出以精细管理、陆海统筹、集约利用、长效监管为核心理念,推进开发保护效能提升、岸段功能更新活化、用地用岸动态监测、管理制度建立健全的规划管理策略,以期为海岸线质量评价研究提供河口海岸城市经验样本,助力推动广州市海岸带高质量发展。As the key interface for the implementation of the overall strategy of land and sea,the quality level and planning management of the coastline are closely related to both land and sea areas.In order to promote the high-quality development of coastal areas,this paper selected Guangzhou City as the research area to carry out our research,because it was an estuary and coastal city with more intense land-sea conflict.Firstly,the paper evaluated the quality of coastline in Guangzhou City,then found the main problems that restricted the quality of Guangzhou City′s coastline including the low quality of water,the weak connection between land and sea,the inadequate protection and restoration of natural coastline.So put forward fine management,land-sea coordination,intensive utilization and long-term supervision as core concepts,and proposed a series of strategies,such as promote the improvement of development and protection efficiency,the renewal and activation of coastlines′functions,the dynamic monitoring of land use and shore use,and the establishment of a sound management system,in order to provide samples of estuarine and coastal cities for coastline quality evaluation research,and help promote the high-quality development of Guangzhou City′s coastline.
