摘 要:分析了加油站二次油气回收系统气液比存在的问题,发现设备选型不当是导致气液比不稳定、不达标的一个重要因素。测试了8种不同油气回收系统气液比,结果表明:油气回收系统的类型及设备型号不同,气液比不同;而对于同一类型的油气回收系统,对气液比稳定达标起决定作用的是真空泵和加油枪这2种关键设备。最后对不同类型的真空泵和油气回收加油枪进行了测试,结果表明:采用稳定性好的分散式变频泵匹配稳定可靠的电子式油气回收加油枪是加油站二次油气回收系统气液比达标的首选解决方案。The problems of gas-liquid ratio in secondary oil-gas recovery system of gas station were analyzed.It was found that improper equipment selection was an important factor leading to unstable gas-liquid ratio and sub-standard.The gas-liquid ratio of 8 different oil and gas recovery systems was tested.The results showed that the gas-liquid ratio was different with different types of oil and gas recovery systems and equipment models.For the same type of oil and gas recovery system,the two key equipment that played a decisive role in the stability of the gas-liquid ratio were vacuum pump and refueling gun.Finally,different types of vacuum pumps and oil and gas recovery refueling guns were tested,and the results showed that matching stable and reliable electronic oil and gas recovery refueling guns with distributed variable frequency pumps with good stability was the first choice solution for the gas-liquid ratio of the secondary oil and gas recovery system in the gas station.
