摘　　要：对气候怀疑论的伦理反思是积极应对气候变化与顺利达成气候中和目标的重要前提。气候怀疑论者所依托的自由至上主义错误地将自由市场与福利国家,财产权与福利权对立起来,忽略了以消极自由为核心的自由体系在“应当蕴含能够”原则修正下具有支持再分配制度与福利权的可能性。自由至上主义气候怀疑论在国内气候行动与国际气候合作方面的观点均因忽视了穷人利益而无法得到道德辩护。自由至上主义惟有经修正后才可能为迅速且公正的全球气候治理提供理论支撑。An ethical reflection on climate change denial is an essential prerequisite for a proactive response to climate issue and the successful achievement of climate neutrality goals.Libertarianism on which climate deniers rely wrongly sets the free market against the welfare state and individual property rights against the redistribution of social wealth,and ignores the possibility that after being modified by the principle"Ought Implies Can"their own ideal of liberty might require a welfare system that supports redistribution and welfare rights of the poor.Neglecting interests of the poor,libertarian climate deniers lack the morally justified foundation for their views on both domestic climate action and international climate cooperation.Only a modified libertarianism can provide the theoretical support for rapid climate action and a fair cooperation system of global climate governance.
