摘　　要：卵巢早衰患者自身免疫性疾病的发病率呈上升趋势。卵巢早衰合并系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎均有报道,但合并干燥综合征未见报道。本文对我院收治的1例卵巢早衰合并干燥综合征、桥本甲状腺炎多系统损害的自身免疫性疾病病例进行分析并文献复习。The incidence of autoimmune diseases is increased in patients with premature ovarian failure.Premature ovarian failure combined with systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis has been reported,but the combination with Sjogren′s syndrome has not been found.In this paper,the clinical data of a case of premature ovarian failure complicated with autoimmune disease of Sjogren′s syndrome and Hashimoto′s thyroiditis in our hospital was analyzed,and the literature was reviewed.
