柴油机气缸盖装配平台结构设计与研究

摘  要:根据某型柴油机气缸盖的装配工艺,设计了用于柴油机气缸盖自动化装配线的装配平台。利用三维建模软件建立装配平台的实体模型,并规划了气缸盖在装配平台上的装配过程;为校核关键零部件的强度和刚度,对其进行有限元分析,并根据有限元分析结果,优化设备中不满足材料强度和刚度要求的零部件结构;构建了装配平台的运动学模型并进行运动学仿真分析,对翻转机构的转动和直线运动过程进行多组数据对比仿真,根据仿真结果,得到翻转机构直线运动过程中导轨摩擦系数与驱动力和功率之间的关系,以及翻转机构转动过程中转动角速度和角加速度与驱动扭矩之间的关系。According to the assembly process of a certain type of diesel engine cylinder head,the assembly platform for automatic assembly line of diesel engine cylinder head is designed.The solid model of the assembly platform is established by using three-dimensional modeling software,and the assembly process of the cylinder head on the assembly platform is planned.In order to check the strength and stiffness of the key components,the finite element analysis is conducted,and the component structure that does not meet the strength and stiffness requirements of the materials in the equipment is optimized according to the results of the finite element analysis.Finally,the kinematic model of the assembly platform is constructed for simulation analysis,and multiple sets of data are compared and simulated for the rotation and linear motion of the turnover mechanism.According to the simulation results,the relationship between the driving torque and the rotation angular velocity and angular acceleration in the rotation process of the turnover mechanism,and the relationship between the driving force and power and the friction coefficient of the guide rail in the linear motion of the turnover mechanism are obtained.
