摘 要:为研究滚齿加工参数对切削力及温度的影响规律,分别利用包心法和平面啮合原理构建圆弧-短幅外摆线齿轮和对应滚刀几何模型。基于构建的几何模型建立摆线齿轮滚齿加工热力耦合有限元模型,分析不同滚齿切削速度和轴向进给量的影响。结果表明:摆线齿轮滚齿加工过程中,轴向切削力随加工时间快速增大,经过一段稳定阶段后迅速降低,径向切削力先快速增大后逐渐减小,切削温度先快速增大后进入稳定阶段;轴向进给量在0.25~0.75 mm/r范围内,轴向和径向切削力及切削温度均增长缓慢,在0.75~1.00 mm/r范围内均增长快速,滚齿切削速度对轴向切削力影响较小,而对切削温度影响较大。In order to study the influence of hobbing parameters on cutting force and temperature,the geometric models of circular arc and short amplitude epicycloid gear and corresponding hob were constructed by using center encircled method and plane meshing principle respectively.Based on the constructed geometric model,the thermo-mechanical coupling finite element model of cycloid gear hobbing was established,and the effects of different hobbing speed and axial feed were analyzed.The results showed that in the process of cycloid gear hobbing,the axial cutting force is increased rapidly with the hobbing time,and then decreased rapidly after a stable stage.The radial cutting force is first increased rapidly and then decreased gradually.The cutting temperature is first increased rapidly and then in the stable stage.When the axial feed rate is in the range of 0.25-0.75 mm/r,the axial and radial cutting forces and cutting temperature are increased slowly,and all of them are increased rapidly in the range of 0.75-1 mm/r.The hobbing cutting speed has litle effect on the axial cutting force,but has a greater effect on the cutting temperature.
