摘 要:以硝酸酸化24 h后的科琴黑与四水合乙酸钴混合,在氨气气氛下经过不同温度的热解,制备出Co-N/C氧还原催化剂。XRD分析显示:科琴黑和四水合乙酸钴经氨气热处理后,生成了Co_(5.47)N。在800℃热解后,Co-N/C催化剂的氧还原反应(ORR)的电催化性能最好,在酸性和碱性电解质中,ORR的初始电位分别为0.87和0.91 V,峰电流密度分别为0.63和0.41 mA/cm^(2),半波电位分别为0.48和0.85 V。制备的PtCo-N/C催化剂分散均匀,催化剂粒径平均为2.59 nm。在酸性和碱性电解质溶液中,ORR的初始电位分别为0.97和0.96 V,峰电流密度分别对应0.44和0.45 mA/cm^(2),计算得到的ECSA分别为90.05和95.11 m^(2)/g,半波电位分别为0.62和0.85V,具有良好的ORR电催化性能。Non-platinum and Low-platinum catalysts are an alternative to traditional platinum catalysts to reduce the cost of fuel cells.Co-N/C oxygen reduction catalyst was prepared by pyrolysis of ECP600JD acidified with nitric acid for 24 hours and cobalt acetate tetrahydrate in ammonia atmosphere at different temperatures.XRD analysis show that the Cos.47 N is formed from the ECP600JD and cobalt acetate tetrahydrate after ammonia heat treatment,and the electrocatalytic performance of the prepared Co-N/C catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is the best after pyrolysis at 800 C.In acidic and alkaline electrolytes solutions,the ORR initial potential reaches 0.87 V and 0.91 V respectively,the peak current density reaches 0.50 mA/cm^(2)and 0.33 mA/cm^(2)respectively,and the half wave potential reaches 0.48 V and 0.85 V respectively.On this basis,the prepared PtCo-N/C catalyst is evenly dispersed,basically without agglomeration,and the particle size of the catalyst is 2.59 nm.In acidic and alkaline electrolyte solutions,the ORR initial potential reaches 0.97 V and 0.96 V respectively,the peak current density corresponds to 0.44 mA/cm^(2)and mA/cm^(2)respectively,and the calculated ECSA is 90.05 m^(2)/g and 95.11 m^(2)/g,The half wave potential reaches 0.62V and 0.85V respectively,which has good ORR electrocatalyst performance.
