摘 要:通过添加CuFeCoRe预合金粉末不同比例来测试金刚石胎体硬度、抗弯强度以及金刚石润湿状态的差异。添加一定比例的CuFeCoRe预合金粉末后,金刚石胎体相比于基础配方的硬度、抗折强度均有明显提高。通过扫描电镜观察发现,CuFeCoRe预合金金刚石胎体与金刚石结合更紧密,添加一定比例的CuFeCoRe预合金粉末后硬度呈线性提高。通过切割数据对比分析,CuFeCoRe基预合金粉末对金刚石胎体性能影响很大,切割锋利度提高22.3%,锯片切割寿命提高28.5%。Different proportions of CuFeCoRe pre-alloyed powder are added to test the difference in the hardness,bending strength and wetting state of diamond.Compared with the basic formula,the hardness and bending strength of diamond matrix are significantly improved after a certain proportion of CuFeCoRe pre-alloyed powder is added.By means of scanning electron microscope observation,it can be found that the powder in the CuFeCoRe pre-alloyed matrix is more closely bonded with diamond,and the hardness increases linearly after addition of a certain proportion of CuFeCoRe pre-alloyed powder.Through comparative analysis of cutting data,CuFeCoRe pre-alloyed powder has a great impact on the performance of diamond matrix.The cutting sharpness increases by 22.3%and the cutting life of saw blade increases by 28.5%.
