摘　　要：采用相同胎体结合剂配方、混料工艺与基体规格,分别按相同质量比添加两种润滑剂,随后进行串珠冷压。检测串珠冷压坯质量、尺寸以及外观。根据检测结果得出:不同的润滑剂对串珠的质量、冷压尺寸和成型有影响,根据具体工艺要求选择适当的润滑剂,可以提升串珠冷压工艺质量。Using the same matrix binder formula,mixing process,and matrix specifications,two types of lubricants were added at the same weight ratio,followed by bead cold pressing.Test and compare the weight,size,and appearance of bead cold pressed blanks after cold pressing.According to the test results,it can be concluded that different lubricants have an impact on the weight,cold pressing size,and forming of the beads.By selecting appropriate lubricants according to specific process requirements,the quality of the bead cold pressing process can be improved.
