摘 要:文章主要分析在不同的烧结时间(10~30 min)下立方氮化硼复合片(PcBN)刀具材料的微观结构、内部结合程度和组织性能。采用扫描电子显微镜分析其微观结构和生长的组织情况。利用超声波扫描仪观察不同烧结时间下样品的变形及质量缺陷等问题。同时测试了PcBN复合片样品的致密度、显微硬度以及抗磨损能力。从分析结果可以看出,在烧结过程中,烧结时间的不同,金属相的融渗程度不同,导致产品的组织和性能有所差异。在20~25 min时,金属结合剂的溶渗更加均匀,cBN颗粒烧结更加致密,烧结过程已全部完成,得到的密度、硬度以及抗磨损程度均实现较好的结果。随着时间增加至30 min,出现过烧及晶粒长大现象,致密度及性能受到很大影响。整个烧结过程随着烧结时间的增加,温度场更加均匀,变形程度越来越好,但内应力的增加导致脱层现象增多。In this paper,the microstructure,internal bonding degree,microstructure and properties of cubic boron nitride(PcBN)composite tool materials are analyzed for the different sintering time(10-30 min).The microstructure and crystal growth are also analyzed under the scanning electron microscope.The sample deformation and quality defects in different sintering time are observed by the ultrasonic scanner.The compactness,microhardness and wear resistance of PcBN composite are also tested.The analysis result indicates that the different sintering time and melting degree of metal phase leads to the different microstructure and product properties.In 20-25 min,the solution of metal bond is more uniform,the sintering of cBN particles is more compact,the sintering process has been completed,and the density,hardness and wear resistance have achieved a good result.With the increase of time to 30 min,overburning and grain growth occurs,which greatly affects the density and properties.With the increase of sintering time,the temperature field becomes more uniform and the degree of deformation becomes better,but the delamination increases with the increase of internal stress.
