动态成本控制在建筑工程造价管理中的应用探析

摘　　要：目前,我国建筑行业从高速发展朝高质量发展方向转型,建筑企业竞争激烈。为保障项目利润率,建筑企业必须重视工程造价管理,并应用动态成本管理模式,以此提升建筑工程造价管理工作质量,持续优化传统造价管理模式细节,真正意义上将工程造价的优势充分发挥出来。基于此,文章以动态成本控制为研究对象,分析了建筑工程项目中动态成本控制的具体策略,以供参考。At present,China's construction industry is transforming from high-speed development to high-quality development,and the competition among construction enterprises is fierce.In order to ensure the profit rate of the project,construction enterprises must pay attention to the project cost management,and apply the dynamic cost management mode,so as to improve the quality of the construction project cost management,continue to optimize the details of the traditional cost management mode,and give full play to the advantages of the project cost in a real sense.Based on this,this paper takes dynamic cost control as the research obiect,analyzes the specific strategies of dynamic cost control in construction projects,for reference.
