摘  要:“课程思政”以专业课程和通识教育课程为依托,展开思政教育教学和实践育人活动,是“大思政”与“隐性思想政治教育”等教育教学理念的具体表现。将“课程思政”融入《人力资源管理概论》课程教学,传授专业知识的同时,努力实现对学生的价值引领,始终坚持“立德树人”,实现“三全育人”。从提炼思政教育元素、建设专业课程内容、优化教育教学手段以及改革课程考核方式等方面进行实践与探索,最大限度地发挥专业课程课堂教学的主阵地和主渠道功能,积极引导学生践行社会主义核心价值观。"Curriculum ideology and politics"is based on professional courses and general education courses to carry out ideological and political education teaching and practical education activities,which is the concrete manifestation of education and teaching concepts such as"great ideology and politics"and"recessive ideological and political education"."Curriculum ideology and politics"is integrated into the teaching of Introduction to Human Resource Management.While teaching professional knowledge,we strive to achieve the value guidance for students,adhere to the"moral cultivation",and realize the"three-dimensional education".Practice and exploration are carried out from the aspects of refining ideological and political education elements,constructing professional course content,optimizing education and teaching means,and reforming course assessment methods,so as to maximize the main position and main channel function of professional course classroom teaching,and actively guide students to practice socialist core values.
