摘　　要：宿舍是高校重要的育人阵地,宿舍文化育人是高校育人工作的重要组成部分。宏观层面看,宿舍文化育人工作缺乏院校特色;微观层面看,宿舍内部文化氛围欠佳,部分宿舍存在成员之间人际关系僵化、矛盾纠纷不断的现实问题。通过宏观和微观宿舍文化育人两个层面的实践,探索高校宿舍文化育人的可行机制。基于实践,从主体、环节、方法三个方面探讨高校宿舍文化育人的实施路径。Dormitory is an important position of education in colleges and universities,and dormitory culture education is an important part of education work in colleges and universities.From the macro level,the dormitory culture education lacks of institutional characteristics;At the micro level,the cultural atmosphere inside the dormitory is not good,and some dormitory members have practical problems such as rigid interpersonal relations and constant contradictions and disputes.It explores the feasible mechanism of dormitory culture education in colleges and universities through the practice of macro and micro dormitory culture education.Based on practice,this paper probes into the implementation path of dormitory culture education in colleges and universities from three aspects:main body,link and method.
