摘  要:高耦合分裂电抗器型限流器(HCSR-FCL)主要应用于高压交流系统中,以应对日益增长的短路电流水平,其主要由高耦合分裂电抗器和快速开关组成。快速开关与高耦合分裂电抗器的一臂串联,并需要在短时间内开断其支路电流,将短路电流转移到限流器限流支路中。快速开关承受的恢复电压与限流支路的电抗和通过的电流有关。针对应用于高耦合分裂电抗器型限流器中的快速开关的特殊结构,对快速开关的工作原理和设计结构进行研究,主要对其电压电流分布特性、转移特性、直流分量和绝缘水平进行分析,确定试验项目和试验参数,通过对500 kV高耦合分裂电抗器型限流器中快速开关样机的试验实施,证明了试验结果与理论分析的一致性,验证了该样机设计符合技术规范要求。Fault current limiter based on high coupled split reactor(HCSR-FCL)is mainly used in high voltage AC system to cope with the increasing level of short-circuit current.It is mainly composed of high coupled split reactor(HCSR)and fast switch.The fast switch is connected in series with one arm of the HCSR.And it is necessary to cut off its branch current in a short time,and transfer the short-circuit current to the current-limiting branch of the FCL.The recovery voltage of the fast switch is related to the reactance of the current limiting branch and the current passing through.Aiming at the special structure of fast switch used in the HCSR-FCL,the working principle and design structure of fast switch are studied.The characteristics of voltage and current distribution,transfer characteristic,DC component and insulation level of fast switch are mainly analyzed.The test items and test parameters are determined,and the experimental implementation of the fast switch prototype in the 500kV HCSRFCL proves that the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,and verifies that the prototype design meets the requirements of technical specifications.
