摘　　要：抑郁障碍和焦虑障碍是常见的精神障碍,早期诊断和干预对于改善病人预后至关重要。MRI作为重要的检查方法,可在脑结构与功能等不同层面对精神疾病的诊断和预后进行评估。就MRI在抑郁和焦虑障碍中的诊疗和科研进展进行评述。Depressive and anxiety disorders are common mental disorders.Early diagnosis and treatment are essential to improve outcomes for patients.MRI,as an important examination method,can measure various aspects,including brain structures and functions,to assist in diagnosis and evaluate prognosis for mental disorders.This article reviews the diagnosis,treatment,and research progress in MRI for depressive and anxiety disorders.
