放射性标记成纤维活化蛋白抑制剂PET/CT在心脏疾病诊断中的应用进展

摘　　要：活化的心肌成纤维细胞(CF)与心室重构直接相关,而成纤维活化蛋白(FAP)在活化的CF中高表达,它可以作为CF的标志物。靶向FAP PET/CT成像在心脏疾病的诊断和疗效评价等方面具有很大的应用潜力。就靶向FAP PET/CT分子探针及其在心肌梗死、肿瘤心脏病、心力衰竭、肺动脉高压、心肌病和心肌淀粉样变等心脏疾病中的应用予以综述。Activated cardiac fibroblasts(CF)are directly related to ventricular remodeling,and the fibroblast activated protein(FAP)that is highly expressed in activated CF can be used as a marker of cardiac fibroblasts.Targeted FAP PET/CT imaging has great potential for application in the diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of cardiopathy.This paper reviews the application of FAP PET/CT molecular probes in myocardial infarction,onco-cardiology,heart failure,pulmonary hypertension,cardiomyopathy,and myocardial amyloidosis,etc.
