摘　　要：滤泡性淋巴瘤(FL)是最常见的惰性淋巴瘤,具有不同病理分级,能够向侵袭性淋巴瘤发生组织学转化,因此其治疗策略及预后也大不相同。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT可用于FL的诊疗,能够对FL进行准确诊断、分期和疗效评估,有利于治疗方案的制定与及时调整,进而有效改善病人预后。就^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在FL初始诊断、分期、分级、疗效评估及预后预测中的应用价值予以综述。Follicular lymphoma(FL)is the most common indolent lymphoma,exhibiting various pathological grades and the potential for histologic transformation into aggressive lymphoma.As a result,its treatment strategy and prognosis differ significantly.^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging can be used in the FL diagnosis and treatment.Accurate diagnosis,staging,and efficacy assessment of FL patients through this imaging modality contribute to the formulation of treatment strategies and timely adjustments,ultimately enhancing patient prognoses.This article reviews the value of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging in the initial diagnosis,staging,grading,efficacy assessment,and prognosis prediction for FL.
