摘　　要：合成MRI是一种扫描测量与软件计算相结合的技术。其采用定量MRI脉冲扫描获得组织定量参数,然后通过后处理方式重建多种参数加权MRI影像,从而克服了常规MRI的非定量和扫描时间长的缺点。就常规MRI和合成MRI的基本原理做简单介绍,对定量MRI和合成MRI技术以及应用的最新进展做重点阐述,同时展望合成MRI的发展前景。Synthetic MRI is an MRI technology that combines scanning measurement and software calculation.It uses quantitative MRI pulse sequence to obtain tissue quantitative parameters and then reconstructs multiple parameterweighted MR images,thus overcoming the shortcomings of non-quantitative and time-consuming conventional MRI.This paper first briefly introduces the basic principles of conventional MRI and synthetic MRI,then introduces the main and latest technologies of quantitative MRI and synthetic MRI in detail,as well as their latest progress in applications,and finally discusses the future development of synthetic MRI.
