摘　　要：利用向量回归算法对虚拟接入点接收的移动终端信号强度进行预测,综合考虑当前接入的上、下行带宽以及历史切换信息,提出了一种综合评分计算方法,并据此决定是否触发网络切换,减小了切换后对移动通信QoS的影响;设计了一种基于模糊逻辑的备选接入点选择算法,统筹考虑多维度网络性能指标,为移动终端确定最佳切换网络。实验仿真表明,备选接入点选择算法可以较好地进行切换判决,能有效抑制乒乓效应,提高系统QoS。The logical central controller uses support vector regression algorithm to predict the signal strength of the mobile ter-minal received by the virtual access point.By considering the current uplink and downlink bandwidth as well as the historical hand-off information,this paper proposes a comprehensive score calculation method,and then decides whether to trigger the handover,so as to reduce the impact on mobile communication QoS after handover.Secondly,an alternative access point selection algorithm based on fuzzy logic is proposed,which comprehensively considers various network performance indicators to select the optimal handoff network for mobile terminals.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can make handover decision accurately,effectively reduce ping-pong effect and improve system QoS.
