摘　　要：中空吹塑机作为塑料加工行业的三大重要装备之一,中空吹塑机组实现自动化智能化是发展趋势的必然,但要实现自动化智能化,而首先要能够实现自动去除飞边。本文以市场上广泛应用的200 L中空吹塑机为例,首先探讨中空吹塑机组实现自动去除飞边的方法,再对中空吹塑机组智能化生产线的特点与实现方式进行了探讨与展望。As one of the three important equipment in the plastic processing industry,achieving automation and intelligence in the hollow blow molding unit is an inevitable trend of development.However,to achieve automation and intelligence,the first of all is automatically remove burrs.This article takes the widely used 200 L hollow blow building machine in the market as an example to first explore the method of automatic removal of flash in the hollow blow building machine,and then explore and prospect the characteristics and implementation methods of the intelligent production line of the hollow blow building machine.
