摘  要:注塑成型在精密仪器、生物基因工程、信息通讯及航空航天等高端领域得到广泛应用。精密注塑制品的良品率严重受制于成型过程中的翘曲、收缩、冷却等引起的缺陷,制品缺陷改良和质量调控方法成为注塑工业的研究重点。本文从工艺参数、材料和模具系统三方面对近年来使用较多的精密注塑制品缺陷改良及制品质量调控方法进行分类总结,论述了近期国内外借助数值模拟技术、机器学习算法、专家系统等专业工具对制品缺陷关键影响因素进行分析研究情况。其中,以新型启发式模型为代表的工艺参数优化方法最具广泛性、经济性,能有效改良并减少精密注塑制品的缺陷,对精密成型制品质量调控具有重要的意义。Injection molding is widely used in high-end fields such as precision instruments,biological genetic engineering,information communication,and aerospace.The yield of precision injection molded products is severely constrained by defects caused by warping,shrinkage,cooling,and other factors during the molding process.The improvement of product defects and quality control methods have become the research focus of the injection molding industry.This article categorizes and summarizes the defect improvement and quality control methods for precision injection molded products that have been widely used in recent years from three aspects:process parameters,materials,and mold systems.This article discusses the recent analysis and research on key influencing factors of product defects using professional tools such as numerical simulation technology,machine learning algorithms,and expert systems both domestically and internationally.Among them,the process parameter optimization method represented by the new heuristic model is the most extensive and economical,which can effectively improve and reduce the defects of precision injection molded products,and has important significance for quality control of precision molded products.
