摘 要:针对二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)机械性能差和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)耐高温,耐热老化性差等问题,将EPM和EPDM进行共混,系统研究共混比对EPM/EPDM共混胶物理性能、动态力学性能和热稳定性影响。结果表明,EPDM可有效改善物理机械性能,而EPM可有效改善共混胶的耐高温性,耐低温性和耐热老化性。当EPM/EPDM共混比为50/50时,其综合性能最好,达到新能源汽车密封圈性能的要求。In response to the problems of poor mechanical properties of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPM)and poor high temperature and heat aging resistance of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM),EPM and EPDM were blended to systematically study the effects of blending ratio on the physical properties,dynamic mechanical properties,and thermal stability of EPDM/EPDM blends.The results indicate that EPDM can effectively improve the physical and mechanical properties,while EPM can effectively improve the high temperature resistance,low temperature resistance,and heat aging resistance of the blend.When the blending ratio of EPDM/EPDM is 50/50,its comprehensive performance is the best,meeting the requirements for the performance of new energy vehicle sealing rings.
