数字金融素养会降低农村居民网络诈骗风险吗?  

Will digital financial literacy reduce the risk of online fraud among rural residents?

摘　　要：数字金融素养是消费者掌握的数字金融的知识和技能,在网络诈骗犯罪高发态势下,提升居民数字金融素养对守好人民群众的“钱袋子”至关重要。基于陕西省农村居民实地调研数据,构建数字金融素养测度指标,探究数字金融素养对农村居民网络诈骗风险的影响。研究结果表明,受访者数字金融素养水平不高,且与网络诈骗风险正相关;数字金融素养显著提升了农村居民接触网络诈骗的概率,同时也显著增加了农村居民实际遭受网络诈骗的风险;异质性分析发现,数字金融素养对男性遭受网络诈骗风险的提升作用大于女性,存款规模越大越容易遭受网络诈骗,面临信贷约束的群体遭遇网络诈骗的风险也更高。这与数字金融发展的阶段特征有关。Digital financial literacy refers to the knowledge and skills of digital finance mastered by consumers.Under the high incidence of network fraud crimes,improving residents'digital financial literacy is crucial to keeping the people's"money bag".Based on the field survey data of rural residents in Shaanxi Province,this paper constructs the measurement index to explore the impact of rural residents'digital financial literacy on the risk of internet fraud.The results show that the level of digital financial literacy of respondents is not high,and is positively correlated with the risk of online fraud.Digital financial literacy significantly increases the probability of rural residents being exposed to internet fraud and the actual risk of being subjected to internet fraud.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of digital financial literacy on the risk of online fraud is greater for men than for wom‐en.The larger the deposit size is,the more likely they are to suffer from online fraud.The group facing credit constraints also has a higher risk of online fraud.This is related to the stage characteristics of the digital finance development.
