摘　　要：女性就业赋能有助于减缓女性权利贫困、提高扶贫资源利用效率和阻断贫困代际传递。基于女性在家庭中的经济贡献和非经济贡献,构建了女性家庭地位的无差异曲线及其家庭贡献的可能性边界,从理论层面探讨了女性收入增长对其家庭地位提升的影响机理;随后利用欠发达地区女性就业的微观数据,在“家庭”框架内以“女性是否有收入”为依据构建处理组和对照组,采用倾向得分匹配方法实证检验了女性收入对其家庭决策权的影响。研究表明:女性收入改善具有显著的“增权效应”,能使女性的家庭总体决策权、家庭日常决策权和家庭重大决策权分别提高0.308、0.152和0.156个单位。最后,探讨了基于“女性赋权”的新时期贫困治理体系和治理能力现代化建设思路。Women's employment empowerment can help alleviate women's power poverty and improve resource use efficiency and block the intergeneration transmission of poverty.Based on women's economic and non economic contributions in the family,this paper constructs the indifference curve of women's status and the possibility boundary of women's contribution in the family and discusses the mechanism of the influence of women's income growth on their family status.Then,using micro-level data of female employment in less-developed areas,a treatment group and a control group are constructed based on‘whether women have income'.A propensity score matching method is used to empirically test the influence of women's income on family decisionmaking power.Results have shown that women's income improvement has a significant‘power-enhancing effect’,which can increase women's overall family decisionmaking power as well as decision-making power on family daily chaos and big issues by 0.308,0.152,and 0.156 respectively.Finally,this paper discusses the ideas of the modernization of the poverty governance system and capacity based on‘women's empowerment’in the new era.
