摘 要:研究旨在探究辣木叶与黄梁木叶混贮的组合效应及其最适混合比例,将辣木叶与黄梁木叶鲜样按一定比例混合青贮(100∶0、75∶25、50∶50、25∶75和0∶100),分别在青贮发酵第3、7、14、30天取样,分析发酵参数、蛋白质组分和蛋白酶活性。结果显示,黄梁木叶的青贮发酵特性与辣木叶的差异较大。与辣木叶单独青贮相比,辣木叶与黄梁木叶混合青贮的干物质损失,乳酸、乙酸、非蛋白氮和氨态氮的含量均极显著下降(P<0.01),其中,青贮30 d后不同处理组青贮的干物质损失为11.63%~4.97%DM、乳酸含量为2.48%~1.09%DM、乙酸含量为0.47%~0.19%DM、非蛋白氮比例为56.31%~12.77%CP、氨态氮比例为5.16%~1.03%CP。同时,黄梁木叶青贮中羧基肽酶、氨基肽酶和酸性蛋白酶的活性极显著高于辣木叶青贮(P<0.01);与辣木叶单独青贮相比,辣木叶与黄梁木叶混合青贮的蛋白酶活性极显著增强(P<0.01)。基于组合效应指数综合评估,辣木叶与黄梁木叶按25∶75比例混合青贮效果最好。This study aimed to explore the associative effect of mixing Moringa oleifera leaves(MOL)with Neolamarckia cadamba leaves(NCL)in proportions during ensiling process and its proper proportion.In the present study,MOL were ensiled with NCL in proportions(100∶0,75∶25,50∶50,25∶75,0∶100;on a fresh matter basis),and fermentation parameter,protein fraction and protease activity were analyzed on days 3,7,14 and 30 of ensiling fermentation.The ensiling characteristics of NCL were quite different from those of MOL.Compared to MOL silage,dry matter loss,the concentrations of lactate and acetate,and the proportions of nonprotein nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen were decreased(P<0.01)to some degree in the mixed silage of MOL and NCL,where their dry matter loss,lactate and acetate concentrations,nonprotein nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen proportions after 30 days ensiling were in the ranges of 4.97%-11.63%DM,1.09%-2.48%DM,0.19%-0.47%DM,12.77%-56.31%CP,1.03%-5.16%CP,respectively.Meanwhile,the activities of carboxypeptidase,aminopeptidase and acid proteinase in NCL silage were much higher(P<0.01)than those in MOL silage.so their activities were somewhat higher(P<0.01)in the mixed silage relative to those in MOL silage.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of associative effects index,MOL and NCL mixed at the ratio of 25∶75 got the best results.
