摘　　要：支链氨基酸是蛋白质中常见的氨基酸,包括亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸。由于支链氨基转移酶和支链α-酮酸脱氢酶是三种支链氨基酸代谢通路的共同酶,因此,支链氨基酸之间存在拮抗作用。这两种酶最有效的激活因子是亮氨酸及其代谢产物α-酮异己酸。日粮中过高的亮氨酸,会增加肌肉的分解代谢,影响猪的生长性能。因此,保育猪阶段,建议标准回肠可消化赖氨酸∶亮氨酸∶异亮氨酸∶缬氨酸的理想模式为100∶100~150∶50~60∶65~70;生长育肥猪阶段,建议标准回肠可消化赖氨酸∶亮氨酸∶异亮氨酸∶缬氨酸的理想模式为100∶110~150∶45~55∶65~75。Branched chain amino acids are common amino acids in proteins,including leucine,isoleucine and valine.Due to branched chain aminotransferase and branched chainα-ketate dehydrogenase is a common enzyme of three branched chain amino acid metabolic pathways,so there is an antago⁃nism between branched chain amino acids.The most effective activator of these two enzymes is leucine and its metaboliteα-ketoisocaproate.Ex⁃cessive leucine in the diet will increase muscle catabolism and affect the growth performance of pigs.Therefore,in the pig care stage,it is recommended that the ideal model of standard ileum digestible ly⁃sine∶leucine∶isoleucine∶valine is 100∶100-150∶50-60∶65-70;At the stage of growing and finishing pigs,it is recommended that the ideal model of standard ileum digestible lysine∶leucine∶isoleucine∶valine is 100∶110-150∶45-55∶65-75.
