摘 要:研究不完备信息下第四方物流提供商(4PL)具有损失规避行为且第三方物流提供商(3PL)的属性具有冲突性的新胜者确定问题.通过使用清晰数、区间数、区间语言短语刻画3PL的属性,“收益–机遇–成本–风险”(BOCR)框架处理属性之间的冲突性,交互式多属性决策(TODIM)方法刻画4PL的损失规避行为,提出了一种新的TODIM-BOCR决策方法.数值仿真实验表明所提方法好于一些已有的决策方法,且对3PL之间的属性变化具有鲁棒性.因此,TODIM-BOCR是4PL规避损失的有效工具.当4PL损失规避度增加,3PL改进损失属性可以增加获胜概率.本文将损失规避行为引入到传统的逆向拍卖中,不仅在理论上扩展了多属性逆向拍卖胜者确定问题的研究,也为4PL选择合作伙伴提供方法和技术支持.A novel winner determination problem that considers the 4PL’s loss aversion behavior and 3PLs’conflicting attributes simultaneously under incomplete information is studied.A novel TODIM-BOCR method,which describes the 3PLs’attributes by crisp data,interval numbers and interval linguistic terms,deals with the conflicting attributes under the BOCR framework,and applies TODIM to illustrating the 4PL’s loss-averse behavior,is put forward.Numerical experiments illustrate that the proposed method performs better than some known method and is robust to the variance of 3PLs’attributes.Hence,TODIM-BOCR is a useful tool for the 4PL to avoid potential losses.When the 4PL’s loss-aversion increases,the 3PLs can increase the winning probability by improving the loss attributes.Introducing the loss-aversion behavior to the traditional reverse auction,this paper not only extends the investigation of winner determination in multi-attribute reverse auctions theoretically,but also provides method and technology support for the 4PL to select the winners of 3PLs.
