摘 要:针对精益数字化推行中第三方咨询团队和企业员工情绪变动影响策略选择,进而影响推行效果的问题,引入等级依赖期望效用模型,讨论了参与主体情绪和策略选择之间的演化机理.研究表明,情绪影响下演化均衡策略具有不稳定性,悲观情绪对策略选择的影响程度高于乐观情绪;若一方选择“合作性”策略,另一方情绪乐观且非过于乐观时,策略演化结果为完全合作.若一方选择“对抗性”策略或情绪悲观,策略演化结果为完全对抗或对抗合作;若主体情绪悲观或极度乐观,则情绪越强烈选择“对抗性”策略的可能性越大.若主体情绪适度乐观,随着乐观程度的加大选择“合作性”策略的概率也会随之增大.Emotional changes affect the choice of strategy,which in turn affects the implementation of lean digitalization.This paper proposes a rank-dependent expected utility model to discuss the evolution mecha-nism between the emotion and strategy choice of the third-party consulting team and enterprise employees.The results show that the evolutionary equilibrium strategy is unstable under the influence of emotion,and pessimism has a more pronounced effect than optimism on the strategy choice.If one party chooses the“co-operative”strategy,and the other is optimistic rather than overly optimistic,the result of strategy evolution is full cooperation.If one party chooses the“antagonistic”strategy or if the mood is pessimistic,the result of strategy evolution is full confrontation or antagonistic cooperation.If one party is pessimistic or extremely optimistic,the stronger the emotion,the greater the possibility of choosing“antagonistic”strategy.If one party is moderately optimistic,the probability of choosing“cooperative”strategy will increase with her optimism.
