摘　　要：中医药在辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎/胃癌前病变(CAG/PLGC)上发挥独特的优势,可以明显改善患者的不适症状,还能对CAG/PLGC癌变的进程有直接干预作用。郑亮教授基于“治中焦如衡”理论,结合中焦生理病理特点,采用升降相宜、燥湿并济、寒热同调、补泻兼施等方法,自拟胃衡汤方论治CAG/PLGC,处方轻清简约,用药轻灵醇正。本文对基于“治中焦如衡”理论辨治CAG/PLGC的研究及应用作一概述。Chinese medicine plays a unique role in the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of chronic atrophic gastritis/precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(CAG/PLGC),which can significantly improve the discomfort symptoms of patients and directly intervene in the process of CAG/PLGC.Based on the theory of“Treating middle energizer by achieving relative equilibrium”,combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of middle energizer,Professor Zheng Liang has adopted a self-made Weiheng Decoction to treat CAG/PLGC by means of appropriate ascending and descending,complementation of dryness and dampness,simultaneous adjustment of cold and heat,and simultaneous application of reinforcing and reducing,etc.The prescription is light and simple,and the medication is light and flexible.
