摘　　要：Governments in different regions are attaching more and more importance to the makeup industry.Ever since“the 14th Five-Year Plan”set a keynote,provinces/municipalities such as Guangdong,Shanghai and Zhejiang have released policy documents to promote high-quality development of the cosmetic industry successively.From their planning blueprints,we can catch a glimpse of the makeup industry blueprint for 2025:By 2025.
