三维有序大孔LaFe_(1-x)Ni_(x)O_(3)钙钛矿催化剂的制备及其对甲烷的催化氧化性能

摘  要:采用无皂乳液聚合法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)聚合物微球,并以此为硬模板制备了三维有序大孔(3DOM)LaFe_(1-x)Ni_(x)O_(3)钙钛矿催化剂,同时采用溶胶凝胶法制备体相LaFe_(1-x)Ni_(x)O_(3)钙钛矿催化剂作为对照,并对催化剂进行结构表征和甲烷催化氧化性能评价。结果表明:模板法制备的3DOM催化剂比溶胶凝胶法制备的体相催化剂具有更好的理化性质和甲烷催化活性,B位Ni掺杂有利于优化催化剂晶相。同时,Ni和Fe之间的双金属协同作用使掺杂后的催化剂表现出更好的甲烷催化活性。其中,3DOM结构的LaFe_(0.9)Ni_(0.1)O_(3)催化剂催化活性最佳,T_(10)%,T_(50%)和T_(90%)分别为397、511和598℃。Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)microspheres were prepared using emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization.Three-dimensional ordered macroporous(3DOM)LaFe_(1-x)Ni_(x)O_(3)perovskite-type complex oxides were synthesized by template method,which was assembled by centrifugation,and the bulk LaFe_(1-x)Ni_(x)O_(3)perovskites were prepared by sol-gel method.Meanwhile,the structure of the catalyst and the catalytic oxidation performance of methane were evaluated.The result indicated that the catalysts prepared by the template method exhibited better physicochemical properties and methane catalytic activity than the counterpart catalyst prepared by the sol-gel method.Doping of Ni in B site optimized the crystal phase of the catalyst,the bimetallic synergy between Ni and Fe enabled the catalyst to show better methane catalytic activity in whole.Among them,3DOM LaFe_(0.9)Ni_(0.1)O_(3)possessed the best catalytic activity,with T_(10%),T_(50%)and T_(90%)being 397,511 and 598℃,respectively.
