摘 要:为了解决氨动力集装箱船上燃料冷能浪费和冷藏集装箱电力消耗过大的问题,设计了液氨冷能的利用方案,利用仿真软件Aspen HYSYS对方案进行模拟,从液氨释放的冷量和系统的[火用]效率两方面对不同方案进行了对比分析,选择了最优的方案,并对选择的方案进行了进一步的优化,以提高系统的[火用]效率为目的,确定了不同用冷单元的冷媒进口温度,并对不同工况条件下冷能利用系统的[火用]效率进行了计算,船舶主机在75%工况条件下,优化后的整个冷能利用系统的[火用]效率达到39.56%。In order to solve the problem of waste of fuel cold energy on ammonia-powered container ship and large power consumption of refrigerated containers,a scheme for the utilization of liquid ammonia cold energy was designed,and the simulation software Aspen HYSYS was used to simulate the scheme.The different schemes are compared and analyzed from the aspects of the cold energy released from the liquid ammonia and the exergy efficiency of the system,the optimal scheme is selected,and the selected scheme is further optimized.In order to improve the exergy efficiency of the system,the refrigerant inlet temperature of different cold utilization units is determined,and the exergy efficiency of the cold energy utilization system under different working conditions is calculated.The main engine of the ship is under 75%working conditions,the optimized exergy efficiency of the entire cold energy utilization system reaches 39.56%.This cold energy utilization scheme not only makes full use of the cold energy of liquid ammonia,but also saves electricity consumption of reefer containers,opened up a new way to use liquid ammonia cold energy.
