摘　　要：目的:探讨信息化精准追溯无菌物品流转全程质控管理的效果。方法:收集2020年1月—2021年12月江西中医药大学附属医院肛肠科、妇科的无菌包作为研究样本,将按传统工作模式处理的86件无菌包纳入对照组,将追溯管理系统应用后、按质控管理要求处理的86件无菌包纳入观察组。比较两组无菌包的合格率、差错率。结果:观察组发放合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组清洗、包装、灭菌合格率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息化精准追溯无菌物品流转全程质控管理可以有效提高无菌物品的合格率,减少差错的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of information accurate traceability of sterile goods transfer throughout the quality control management.Methods:Aseptic bags were collected from the anorectal department and gynecology department of the affiliated hospital of jiangxi university of traditional chinese medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 as research samples.86 aseptic bags treated according to the traditional working mode were included in the control group,and 86 aseptic bags treated according to the quality control management requirements after the application of the traceability management system were included in the observation group.The qualified rate and error rate of sterile packets were compared between the two groups.Results:The passing rate of observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of cleaning,packaging and sterilization in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The error rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Accurate information traceability of sterile articles throughout the transfer of quality control management can effectively improve the qualified rate of sterile articles,reduce the occurrence of errors.
