摘  要:采用响应面法以油菜籽饼粕缓蚀剂(RMI)的提取率Y和200 mg·L^(-1)RMI在H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中对冷轧钢的缓蚀率η_(w)为响应值,优化RMI的提取工艺。结果表明,液料比、提取剂浓度、回流温度3个因素对RMI的Y和η_(w)有显著的影响。通过分析预测得到最优提取工艺参数为液料比为41.59:1、提取剂浓度为43.61%、回流温度为76.89℃时,7与η_(w)均达到最高值,分别为:17.40%、88.50%。验证最佳提取工艺参数(液料比40:1、提取剂浓度40%、回流温度75℃),得到RMI的Y=17.09%和η_(w)=88.35%,与模型预测值高度接近。则采用响应面法对RMI的提取制备工艺参数进行优化得到的结果合理可行。The response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction and preparation process of rapeseed meal inhibitor(RMI)using the extraction rate(Y)and inhibition efficiency for cold rolled steel in H_(2)SO_(4) solution(η_(w))as response values.The re-sults show that three factors of liquid-to-material ratio,extractant concentration and reflux temperature havesignificant effects on Y and nu-The predicted optimal parameters of the preparation and extraction process by the analysis are listed as follows:The highest values of Y and η_(w) were 17.40%and 88.50%at a liquid-to-material ratio of 41.59:1,an extractant concentration of 43.61%,and a reflux temperature of 76.89°C.Validation of the optimal extraction process parameters(liquid to material ratio 40:1,extractant concentration 40%,reflux temperature 75°C)yield Y=17.09%and η_(w)=88.35%for RMI,which are highly close to the model pre-dictions.The results obtained from the optimization of the preparation and extraction process parameters of RMI using response sur-face methodology are reasonable and feasible.
