摘 要:本文利用水热法合成了纳米级磷酸钴锂颗粒(LiCoPO_(4),LCP),并将其固载于玻碳电极(GCE)表面制备得到LCP/GCE。采用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了LCP/GCE对5-羟色胺(5-HT)的电化学响应以及5-HT在LCP/GCE表面的动力学电子转移过程,得出5-HT的电极反应受吸附控制。在最优的实验条件下,采用DPV法进行了5-HT的定量分析并获得标准曲线,得到5-HT的线性范围为0.005~0.2μM,计算检出限为0.57 nM(3σ/S)。实验最后测定了5-HT在猪下丘脑组织液中的回收率范围为97.4%~103.5%,证明了LCP/GCE在生物样品中检测5-HT的可靠性。The nanostructured lithium cobalt phosphate(LiCoPO_(4),LCP)was synthesized by hydrothermal method and immobilized on the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GCE)to prepare LCP/GCE.The electrochemical behavior response of LCP/GCE toward 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)was studied via cyclic voltammetry(CV)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).The kinetic electron transfer of 5-HT on the surface of LCP/GCE were investigated which indicates the redox of 5-HT on the electrode was an adsorp-tion-controlled process.Under the optimized experimental parameters,the calibration curve of 5-HT was achieved by DPV method.The linear range of 5-HT was 0.005~0.2μM,and the limit of detection was estimated to be 0.57 nM(3α/S).The recoveries of 5-HT in hypothalamic tissue fluid of pig were in the range of 97.4%~103.5%,indicating the reliability of LCP/GCE for the determi-nation of 5-HT in biological samples.
