咪唑类离子液体与茶皂素复配体系CMC的探究

摘  要:CMC是研究表面活性剂胶束化行为的重要参数。采用文献比对法确认折光率法测定烷基咪唑类卤盐离子液体[C_(n)MIm]X(n=4、6、8、10,X=Cl、Br)CMC值的可行性,分析了卤离子和直碳链长度对其CMC影响,并以[C_(n)MIm]Br(n=4、8、10)为例探究了温度的影响。25℃下,使用折光率法测定烷基咪唑类溴盐[C_(n)MIm]Br(n=4、8、10)与茶皂素复配体系的CMC,确定3个复配体系最低CMC值时对应的最佳摩尔比分别为1:9,5:5、4:6(记为最佳比例),并考察此比例下,体系温度和低分子量醇(乙醇)对其CMC的影响。结果显示:折光率法测定CMC是可信的,[C_(n)MIm]Br(n=4、8、10)的CMC(25℃)分别为0.96、0.12、3.2×10^(-2)mol·L^(-1),[C_(n)MIm]Cl(n=4、6、10)及茶皂素(95%)的CMC(25℃)分别为0.87、5.9×10^(-2)、3.9×10^(-2)、2.2×10^(-3)mol·L^(-1);烷基咪唑类溴盐相对烷基咪唑类氯盐形成胶束的能力更强;相同阴离子的咪唑型离子液体,随着直碳链上碳原子数n的增加,表面活性增强;温度会引起烷基咪唑类卤盐CMC增大。在最佳配比下,复配体系的CMC随着温度升高逐渐上升;乙醇对复配体系CMC的影响使其呈现出浓度较低时可降低CMC,浓度较高时会使CMC升高的特性。CMC was an important parameter to study the micellization behavior of surfactants.The feasibility of refractive index method to determine the CMC value of alkyl imidazole halide ionic liquids[C_(n)MIm] X(n=4,6,8,10,X=Cl,Br) was confirmed by using literature comparison method.The effects of halogen ions and carbon chain length on their CMC were analyzed,and the influence of temperature was explored using alkyl imidazole bromide as an example.The CMC of the composite system of alkyl imidazole bromine salts[C_(n)MIm] Br(n=4,8,10) and tea saponins at different ratios was determined using the refractive index method at 25℃,respectively.The molar ratios corresponding to the lowest CMC values of the three composite systems(recorded as the optimal ratio) were determined to be 1:9,5:5,and 4:6,respectively.And the effects of system temperature and low molecular weight alcohol(ethanol) on their CMC were further investigated under these ratios.The results showed that the refractive index method for determining CMC was reliable,the CMC(25℃) of[C MIm] Br(n=4,8,10) were 0.96,0.12 and 3.2×10^(-2) mol.L^(-1),respectively.And the CMC(25℃) of[C_(n)MIm] Cl(n=4,6,10) and tea saponin(95%) were 0.87,5.9×10^(-2),3.9×10^(-2) and 2.2×10^(-3) mol.L^(-1),respectively.Alkyl imidazole bromide salts had a stronger ability to form micelles compared to alkyl imidazole chloride salts.And the surface activity was enhanced as the number of carbon atoms on the straight carbon chain increases under the same anionic conditions.Temperature could cause an increase in the CMC of alkyl imidazole halides.At the optimal ratio,the CMC of the composite system gradually increased with increasing temperature.The effect of ethanol on the CMC of the composite system was characterized by a decrease in CMC when the concentration was low,and an increase in CMC when the concentration was high.
