摘  要:本研究以生漆为原料,乙醇提取、获得总漆酚乙醇提取物,采用高压制备液相色谱分离制备C_(15)三烯漆酚,使用HPLC、NMR进行纯度检测和结构表征,并采用MTT法研究C_(15)三烯漆酚对人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3细胞增殖的抑制活性。结果制备获得一种三烯漆酚,经鉴定为3-(8’Z,11’E,13’Z-pentadecatrienyl) catechol,纯度大于97.5%,收率大于85.3%,MTT法体外抑制肿瘤增殖活性测试显示C_(15)三烯漆酚对人卵巢癌SKOV3细胞有较好的抑制活性,100μmol·L^(-1)的浓度下抑制率为49.97%,IC50值为71.38μmol·L^(-1)。In this study,raw lacquer was used as raw material to extract and obtain total urushiol ethanol extract.C_(15) triene urushiol was separated and prepared by high pressure preparation liquid chromatography.The purity and structure of C_(15) triene urushiol were determined by HPLC and NMR.MTT method was used to study the inhibitory activity of C_(15) triene urushiol on the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3.Results A kind of triene urushiol was prepared,which was identified as 3-(8'Z.11'E,13'Zpentadecyclinyl) cathol.The purity was more than 97.5%,and the yield was more than 85.3%.MTT assay showed that C15 triene urushiol had good inhibitory activity on human ovarian cancer cell SKOV3 in vitro,the inhibitory rate was 49.97%,and the IC50 value was 71.38 μmol·L^(-1)
