摘　　要：与有机高分子主链的C-C或C-O键相比,有机硅高分子的Si-O-Si主链具有更佳的柔顺性和更大的键能等,因此具有优异的耐高低温和耐紫外等性能,在生产生活中得到广泛的应用。本文旨在利用无溶剂法在木材表面原位构筑甲基乙烯基硅树脂(VMQ树脂)增强的有机硅橡胶涂层,以实现对木材的保护。以聚甲基氢硅氧烷(PMHS)和端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷(Vi-PDMS)为原料,在Kastredt催化剂的作用下通过加成反应制备加成型有机硅橡胶。同时,系统研究乙烯基MQ树脂(VMQ树脂)对木材表面有机硅橡胶涂层性能的影响。结果表明,VMQ树脂的添加显著提升了有机硅橡胶的硬度以及涂层的耐磨性。向有机硅橡胶中添加16%的VMQ树脂后,LX-A型邵氏硬度19.5增大到34.2,砂纸耐磨损长度从1200 cm增大到2400 cm;木材表面构筑的涂层具有良好的疏水性,水接触角为109.74°。SEM结果表明,VMQ树脂增强的有机硅橡胶涂层在木材表面涂覆均匀,木材的吸水率从88.33%下降到17.93%,具有较好的防水性能。此外,该有机硅树脂疏水涂层还具有较好的耐老化性。Compared with the organic polymers composed of C-C or C-O backbone,the Si-O-Si backbone of polyorganosiloxane has better flexibility and greater bond energy,and hence it has excellent resistance to high and low temperature,ultraviolet lights.Therefore,polyorganosiloxane gained great application in daily life.In this work,methyl vinyl silicone resin(VMQ resin)reinforced silicone rubber coatings were constructed on the surface of wood for wood protection.Polymethylhydrosiloxane(PMHS)and vinylpolydimethylsiloxane(Vi-PDMS)were used as raw materials to prepare addition-curing silicone rubber with the aid of Kastredt catalyst.At the same time,the influence of VMQ resin on the coating properties was systematically studied.The results showed that the addition of VMQ resin significantly improved the hardness of silicone rubber and the wear resistance of the coating.After adding 16wt%VMQ resin to silicone rubber,the Shore A hardness increased from 19.5 to 34.2,and the wear-resistant length of sandpaper increased from 1200 cm to 2400cm.The coating constructed on the surface of the wood has good hydrophobicity and the water contact angle was 109.74°.SEM images revealed that the VMQ resin reinforced silicone rubber coating was evenly coated on the surface of wood,and the water absorption rate of wood decreased obviously from 88.33%to 17.93%,indicating a good water-proof performance.At the same time,the silicone resin hydrophobic coating also has good weather resistance.
