摘 要:本文建立了一种检测生物检材中砷元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法。使用湿法消解对含有不同浓度砷元素的生物样品进行前处理,以元素锗(Ge)为内标,采用加标回收的方式考察了该方法的线性、检测限、定量限、回收率、精密度和基质效应,结果显示所有检材的线性相关系数(r)均大于0.999,日内和日间精密度均小于5%,回收率均大于90%,基质效应均在90%~115%范围内。该方法操作简单、有较高的准确度和灵敏度、成本消耗低,适用于生物检材中砷的快速检测。An Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for the determination of arsenic in biological materials has been developed.The biological samples containing different concentrations of arsenic were pretreated by wet digestion,and Ge was selected as interior standard element.The linearity,limit of detection,limit of quantification,recovery,precision and matrix effect of the method were investigated by spiked recovery method.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient(r)of all samples was more than 0.999,the intra-day and inter-day precision were less than 5%,the extraction recovery was more than 90%,and the matrix effect was in the range of 90%~115%.The ICP-MS method used in this paper has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and sensitivity,low cost,and is suitable for the rapid detection of arsenic in biological materials.
