黄河经济带生态文明建设与产业结构优化的耦合协调关系研究

摘　　要：本文通过测度黄河经济带上、中、下游八个省份2011-2019年生态文明建设质量与产业结构优化水平,利用耦合协调度模型实证研究两个子系统间的耦合协调关系。研究发现,黄河经济带生态文明建设质量变化趋势不大;黄河经济带产业结构优化水平在不断提高,地理区位、三次产业比重以及三次产业就业结构等因素都会对产业结构优化水平产生影响;黄河经济带生态文明建设与产业结构优化耦合协调度整体呈现出上升的态势。建议从优化就业结构着手,促进产业结构的优化;加强地方基础设施建设;推动绿色产业发展;倡导绿色消费;利用现代化技术实现生态文明建设与产业结构优化协同发展。By measuring the quality of ecological civilization construction and the optimization level of industrial structure in eight provinces in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2019,this paper uses the coupling coordination degree model to empirically study the coupling coordination relationship between the two subsystems.The study found that,the quality of ecological civilization construction in the Yellow River Economic Belt has not changed significantly;the industrial structure optimization level of the Yellow River Economic Belt is constantly improving,and factors such as geographical location,the proportion of the three industries,and the employment structure of the three industries will have an impact on the optimization level of the industrial structure;the overall degree of coupling coordination between ecological civilization construction and industrial structure optimization is on the rise.It is suggested to start with optimizing the employment structure to promote the optimization of the industrial structure;strengthen the construction of local infrastructure;promote the development of green industries;advocate green consumption;use modern technology to achieve the coordinated development of ecological civilization construction and industrial structure optimization.
