基于SWOT-ANP模型的乡村旅游资源整合研究——以陕西省凤县为例

摘　　要：我国乡村旅游资源丰富,市场开发需求旺盛,由于资源整合开发决策错位导致极大浪费与破坏。以专家问卷调查作为第一手数据,利用SWOT-ANP模型对凤县乡村旅游资源整合问题展开研究,进而提出了开拓型开发策略。研究结果表明,凤县乡村旅游资源整合最佳方案宜采用开拓型战略SO_(1),同时兼顾争取型战略WO_(1)与WO_(2)。为实现凤县旅游资源的有效整合,必须充分发挥自身优势,全域统筹,多元开发,完善产业体系,联动发展,重点开发,打造特色旅游与精品路线,形成协调共赢的开发管理机制。China is rich in rural tourism resources,and the demand for market development is strong.Because of the deviation of the cognition of rural tourism resources integration,there has great waste and destruction.Taking the expert questionnaire survey as the first-hand data,this paper studies the problem of rural tourism resources in Fengxian County which based on the SWOTANP model,and then put forward effective development plans and strategies.The result shows,the most effective plan for the integration of rural tourism resources in Fengxian County should take the pioneering strategy SO_(1).Also,taking into account the striving strategies WO_(1) and WO_(2).In order to realize effective resource integration,we should give full play to our advantages,make overall planning,develop in different ways,improve the industrial system,linkage development,focus on the development,and create characteristic tourism,finally,forming a coordinated and win-win development management mechanism.
