摘　　要：建设世界一流科技期刊已成为我国科技期刊界的重要目标和紧迫任务。一流的编辑人才是打造一流期刊的基础和关键,编辑力的构成要素是编辑人才队伍建设的依据。在建设世界一流科技期刊背景下,科技期刊编辑除了具备传统的职业能力外,还需具备科研力、成果引导力、高效执行力、媒体融合力和服务力,这些能力是编辑力的核心,也是提高我国科技期刊的学术质量、影响力和国际竞争力,推动科技期刊走向世界一流的根本保障。Constructing world-class scientific and technological journals has become an important target and urgent task.First-class editors are the foundation and key factor to building world-class journals,and the constituent elements of editing capability are the basis for editorial talent construction.Editors of scientific and technological journals should not only have traditional professional abilities,but also possess scientific research ability,achievements guiding ability,efficient executive ability,media integration ability,and serving ability under the background of constructing world-class scientific and technological journals.These abilities are the core of editing capability,as well as the fundamental guarantee for promoting the academic quality,academic influence,and international competitiveness of domestic scientific and technological journals to be world-class.
